Shoigu to Discuss Military Cooperation with Serbian Leaders
Russian Defense Minister General Sergei Shoigu has left for Serbia to discuss development of bilateral military and military technological cooperation with Serbian leadership, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
“The two sides are going to sign a military cooperation agreement between the governments of Russia and Serbia,” the Defense Ministry went on to say.
During his visit to Belgrade on November 12-13, Shoigu will meet Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Vucic and Defense Minister Nebojsa Rodic.
The Russian defense minister and his Serbian colleagues will discuss further development of bilateral military and military technological cooperation in accordance with agreements reached during a Russian-Serbian summit in Sochi on May 24 this year.
